At the BOE meeting on July 23, there will be a vote to accept Ohio Health contract for Athletic Trainer services. This contract covers North and Central High Schools, but not South High School. Per BOE President, K. Hoffman, to add South the the Ohio Health Contract would cost approximately $15K. Again, per K. Hoffman the supplemental contracts we pay for trainer services at South cost the District $24,000. So why won’t the BOE save this District $9,000.00 and include South in the Ohio Health Contract?
